Matt co-founded Wagner & Wilson and leads the firm's corporate transaction practice. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, and serving as outside general counsel to mid-market companies. He brings big-firm transactional experience to a boutique platform.
Senior Associate
Amanda advises closely held businesses on corporate compliance, contract review, and ongoing operational legal matters. Her work spans due diligence support on transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and helping clients navigate the day-to-day legal questions that come with running a growing company.
Associate Attorney
Brock is a corporate attorney whose practice centers on business mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, and other business legal services. He has helped manage and finalize multi-million dollar acquisitions, including responsibility for reviewing and drafting due diligence and closing documents. He has also drafted a range of business transaction materials — purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and research memoranda. Brock additionally has litigation experience, including drafting briefs and complaints, and representing clients in court.

Lindsay supports the firm's corporate transactional and governance work, managing entity filings, closing checklists, document tracking, and the operational logistics that keep transactions and ongoing client engagements moving forward smoothly.
